Marcus Claiborne is the Founder and Owner of Knight Ryder Luxury Automotive Rentals LLC, a veteran-owned luxury transportation and mobility company focused on premium vehicle rentals, electric vehicle infrastructure, and innovative transportation solutions.
A highly accomplished systems engineer and Colonel in the US Army, Marcus brings more than two decades of experience serving in the United States Army and supporting critical Department of Defense missions.
Throughout his distinguished career, he has held leadership and engineering positions supporting major defense acquisition, systems engineering, technology modernization, and operational readiness initiatives across the Department of Defense. His experience includes assignments with the Pentagon, Aberdeen Proving Ground, and the Washington, D.C. defense community, as well as service supporting advanced military technology and modernization programs. He currently serves within the Department of the Navy's Naval Sea Systems Command engineering enterprise.
Marcus holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and is a graduate of the United States Army War College. He has earned numerous professional certifications in defense acquisition, program management, engineering, and information technology.
